m2p-labs receives ISO 9001 certification
Quality management system successfully implemented
m2p-labs is certified for its structured and efficient proceeding according to the quality standard ISO 9001:2008 from the ICG-GZBB GmbH for three years. The certification and the related regular audits ensure seamless process management with all processes handled according to highest quality and confidentiality standards.

“We are pleased to have received the ISO 9001 certification,” says Dr. Frank Kensy, Managing Director of m2p-labs GmbH. “There is now nothing more to prevent our further expansion and new technology partnerships.”
All business processes were documented for certification. The inspection included, amongst others, organisational structures and planning procedures. Furthermore, details such as equipment, facilities, qualification of the personnel and transparency of calculations and offers were examined.
The established continuous improvement process helps to further optimise the products and to constantly provide good quality to the customers. Regular feedback rounds and analyses as well as customer surveys ensure further innovation.
All company divisions, from the management through the production to the distribution, were involved in the development of the quality management system. “We are pleased that our months of dedication to the introduction of a quality management system have led to the desired success,” states Daniel Ritter, QM Representative of m2p-labs GmbH.
“We are already looking forward to the next milestone, the certification of our subsidiary in the USA, in order to support our customers with high quality worldwide,” says Carsten Müller, Managing Partner of m2p-labs GmbH.
